A company marked by innovation and excellence in document management solutions
2002 The beginning
Commencement of activities in Brasília, focusing on the development of technology solutions for document information management.
2003 Deciding the core business
Experiencing the growing demand for document management services, Ikhon shifted its focus to Information and Process Management services. To achieve this, the PRÓTON and IPLANN systems were created.
2006 Projects in Latin America
Execution of projects in countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Angola, and Cape Verde. The consolidation of our software factory with a focus on its solutions, expanding in the government and private markets.
2008 Becoming experts
We became a reference in the government sector as a supplier of information intelligence and document management solutions. At this time, we already had numerous successful cases, awards, and strategic projects.
2010 Our 100th project
We reached 100 projects in our portfolio and embarked on a new international operation challenge, working in Latin American countries and West Africa. We also opened offices in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Palmas, and Manaus.
2012 Public and private projects
We expanded the number of private sector clients, operating in nine (09) Brazilian states, offering products and services related to document management.
2014 On-line customer support solutions
Development of the solution that created the Citizen Service Portal, an automated service platform that, through system integration, enables the online delivery of services.
2016 200 successes
We celebrated our 200th project, consolidating our product development unit, with a focus on the corporate global information platform.
2018/19 New features for counties
Expansion of our smart city solutions, with the creation of features that facilitate process automation for public and private companies. With this solution, clients were able to optimize compliance with regulatory requirements and improve productivity and operational indicators.
2020/21 Boom of tech solutions
The pandemic accelerated the need for companies and governments to offer their customers the option to process document and procedural information without the need for physical presence. This boosted our services for process mapping and automation.
2022 Expanding our smart city offers
We consolidated our presence in the smart city management offering, expanding our portfolio to capital cities in the North and Central-West regions.
2023 Brand revamp
We underwent a rebranding to strengthen our market presence and expand the impact of our solutions in new cities, companies, and governments.
